Refund policy

• For non-customised items, there is a 28 day period to return. They must be in the perfect condition.
• For customised items, unfortunately there isn't an opportunity for returns unless the item arrived damged.
• If there is any damage upon opening your parcel, it is important to report within 48 hours to moazzam@studioazamo.com
• For all returns, I will need you to send it back to me. I can then issue a refund.
